South Africa, Malawi and Zimbabwe are creating administrative difficulties that have prevented Mozambican companies from exporting their products under the SADC Protocol, Mozambique's Minister of Industry and Commerce Ragendra de Sousa has said, adding that Mozambique would use its geographical location as a "weapon".
